How long until my photos are up?+
Photos are typically uploaded within a few hours of your trip — usually the same evening. If you don't see them yet, check back soon.
How long are photos available?+
Photos are only available for 2 days after they're posted. After that, they're permanently removed. Purchase before they expire!
How do I download after buying?+
Right after checkout, you'll see download links on the confirmation page. We also email the links to the address you provided. Downloads are full-resolution and watermark-free.
What if I can't find my photos?+
Browse by the date and time of your trip. If your group still isn't there, we may not have caught your raft (we shoot one specific rapid). Reach out via the Contact page and we'll take a look.
How much do photos cost?+
$15 for a single photo, or $30 for every photo from your run (the All Pictures package). All Pictures is the better deal if your group is in two or more shots.
Can I share my photos on social media?+
Absolutely — once purchased, the photos are yours to share. A tag is always appreciated.
